ROLE: Project Manager

Barden is partnering with a highly innovative, entrepreneurial Irish business to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role combining hands-on project delivery with broader oversight across a portfolio of initiatives. You’ll play a key part in bringing structure, governance, and delivery rigour to an environment that is scaling rapidly. Key Responsibilities:

• +7 years’ experience delivering complex projects and programmes end-to-end, often across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong background in structured PMO or enterprise environments, bringing best-practice governance and delivery discipline
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, with experience supporting and facilitating executive decision-making forums
• Proven ability to improve and shape project governance frameworks in evolving environments

You will advise on the establishment and ongoing operation of Irish-domiciled investment funds and their managers, working with a broad range of clients across the funds industry.

You will draft, review and negotiate key documentation, while taking ownership of matters and collaborating with colleagues across offices.

THE PERSON

The successful individual will be an Irish qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE in asset management and investment funds, either in practice or in-house.

Barden is working with an international law firm well established in Dublin who are looking to hire a Tax Associate to join its highly regarded Tax team.

The firm has an excellent domestic and international client base including leading financial institutions, multinational corporations and investment managers.

You will advise on a broad range of tax matters across financial services and corporate transactions, including debt capital markets, investment funds, M&A, aircraft leasing, real estate and cross-border tax planning.

You will work closely with partners on complex tax advisory work, collaborating with colleagues across practice groups and supporting clients on both domestic and international matters.

THE PERSON

The successful individual will be a qualified lawyer (NQ – 3 years’ PQE) who has completed or is in the process of completing the AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, with relevant tax experience gained in a law firm or accounting practice.

Barden is partnering with an international law firm seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join the Finance & Capital Markets department in Dublin.

The firm will consider the option of a 4-day week.

THE ROLE

The department advises an excellent client base in the areas of banking, debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, real estate finance, securitisation and structured credit.

THE POSITION

The successful individual will work closely with the partners primarily on M&A transactions, as well as investment transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, GDPR and intellectual property matters on a more ad hoc basis.

THE PERSON

Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or a similar common law jurisdiction between 2-5 years’ PQE, with a strong M&A specialisation and the ability to run transactions autonomously.

Barden has been engaged by a leading telecommunications company looking to hire an experienced data protection & privacy lawyer.

This position requires 3 days onsite per week in the Dublin city centre offices.

THE ROLE

• Advising on all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and ePrivacy Regulations, as well as emerging regulatory frameworks;
• Supporting product, governance, marketing and technology teams on privacy compliance matters;
• Ensuring that privacy policies and procedures are compliant and implemented appropriately;
• Drafting and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), support on response to and investigations of data protection incidents, and interact as necessary with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) and other EU supervisory authorities;
