Barden has been exclusively engaged by a leading telecommunications company looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel with strong experience in the sector.
THE ROLE
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide commercially focused legal advice on a variety of contracts and regulatory matters, including around consumer protection, telecommunications regulations, digital media and e-commerce, marketing and advertising, brand and intellectual property, etc.

THE PERSON
- Irish or UK qualified Solicitor;
- 5+ years’ PQE; and
- Excellent commercial experience in the Telecoms sector, advising on a variety of sector related contracts and regulations.
