Barden is working with a international law firm which has been successfully expanding across Ireland over the last number of years. The firm is seeking qualified Solicitors to join their excellent Corporate & Commercial team in Dublin or Cork.
The team advises domestic and international clients on all aspects related to:
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Private equity transactions;
- Venture capital investments;
- Corporate reorganisations; and
- Commercial contracts.
The firm is interested in hearing of qualified Solicitors within 2-10 years’ PQE and excellent relevant experience in the Corporate & Commercial field, ideally gained in top tier law firms.
