Aidan Crowley is a Practice Lead with Barden’s Life Sciences Practice. For over eight years, he has worked in talent advisory and recruitment, with a key focus on life sciences and quality and supporting mid- to senior-level professionals nationally in achieving their career ambitions.
He works directly with professionals and business leaders in the life sciences sector to build key relationships and ensure that those he supports make the best and most informed decisions about their professional futures and teams.
Aidan joined Barden in 2023. His focus has been on bringing life sciences to Barden. He works closely with the partners and leadership team across the other areas of the business to build the Life Sciences Practice nationally.
