Christine McCarthy is a Senior Associate in the Projects, Transformation & Change division of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from UCC. She began her career as a business analyst in technology, gaining experience across a range of organisations, including Big Four firms and global multinationals. After nearly four years in the tech space, Christine transitioned into recruitment, where she has specialised in the projects, change, and transformation market ever since.
Christine joined the Barden team in March 2025, drawn to the firm’s fresh approach and deep understanding of what recruitment should be. Her ethos has always aligned with Barden’s commitment to being a true talent advisory, making it the perfect fit to continue growing her career and delivering for clients across Ireland.
