Cole Carroll is Head of Organisation Development in Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
Cole leads the firm’s strategy for long-term growth by shaping and delivering Barden’s internal development agenda to ensure the business is positioned to meet its ambitious external growth plans. In parallel, Cole partners with Barden’s core clients on strategically or commercially significant appointments. These engagements typically involve senior, business-critical hires, often at pivotal inflexion points. Cole and the Barden team operate as embedded partners, building long-term relationships and guiding clients through high-impact hiring decisions.
Cole’s remit also includes leading a team of talent advisors who support clients across Dublin and the wider Leinster region. This team focuses on appointments in HR, business support, and broader organisational functions.
Cole holds a BA in Sports Management and an Executive MBA from Trinity College Dublin (2025). Prior to her career in organisational development and talent strategy, she played senior rugby for Leinster and Connacht. Cole is now focused on integrating the discipline, resilience, and culture of her sporting career with her academic and professional experience, creating meaningful impact for Barden and the clients she partners with.
