Heather Gordon is the Marketing Manager of Barden’s Talent Advisory and Recruitment Firm in Ireland.
Heather began her career in Consulting at Deloitte before joining Barden in 2017, where she worked as a Senior Associate in the Newly Qualified Accountant Team. Additionally, she played a key role in establishing and growing Barden’s Practice division.
In April 2024, after taking a sabbatical to focus on building her trail running business, Heather returned to Barden as Content Lead and was promoted to Marketing Manager in January 2026. In this role, she collaborates closely with Barden’s creative team to develop impactful strategies, craft innovative content, and design and execute creative marketing campaigns. Heather also partners with Barden’s internal teams to create tailored, data-driven content that resonates with their talent communities and embodies Barden’s ethos and brand.
