Jonathan Olden is the Managing Partner of Barden Munster and Co-Founder of Barden. He started his career as a solicitor in one of Cork’s most prominent legal firms. In 2010, he moved to the recruitment sector, recruiting senior appointments while building and leading teams in Cork and Dublin.
Barden has grown into a successful team of talent advisory and recruitment experts. Jonathan and his co-founders, Ed Heffernan and Elaine Brady, lead a team of over 45 professionals covering various fields such as accounting, tax, business support, legal, life sciences, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and technology.
