Michelle Geary is Head of Research, Support & Innovation at Barden.
After completing a BA in Politics & History at UCC, Michelle built her career in the hospitality and events industries before transitioning to Barden in November 2021. She has been instrumental in evolving the research function by embedding data-driven infrastructures to support our Talent Advisors.
Leading a team of three, Michelle oversees Barden’s talent research and identification initiatives nationally and internationally. Her responsibilities also encompass supporting employer branding and audits, and driving data-driven advisory projects. Additionally, Michelle spearheads key change and innovation projects across all Barden practices, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
Under her leadership, her team promotes the use of Talent Monitors across all Barden practices, providing real-time, quarterly insights into Ireland’s talent pools. Working closely with Barden’s Talent Advisors, these reports cover critical metrics such as salaries, talent availability, and projected challenges across various sectors, giving clients a comprehensive overview to inform their talent strategies.
