Sarah Griffin is a Senior Associate in the Part Qualified Accountants & AP/AR/Payroll division of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
After completing a BComm (Accounting) at NUIG, Sarah joined Deloitte’s industry audit team before later transitioning to a role as a trainee accountant within a group function, where she gained hands-on experience within a busy finance function. Driven by a desire to delve into a more people-centric career, Sarah pursued a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management before joining Barden in July 2021.
In her role, Sarah fuses her finance acumen with her innate people skills to support professionals in the Part Qualified Accountants and AP/AR/Payroll communities. Her multifaceted expertise enables her to offer tailored guidance to the clients and professionals she collaborates with.
